Payment Terms:

Before commencing any order with Supply Season, a 100% payment is required unless an alternative arrangement has been formally documented. Notably, our returning clientele may qualify for specific advantages. We accept payment through credit card, ACH, PayPal, Zelle, or cash. Please be aware that our prices are subject to change without prior notice. Additionally, transactions conducted via credit card or PayPal will incur a 3% processing fee, which is also subject to change without notification.

Artwork:

Please ensure that any artwork submitted aligns with our specified requirements. We cannot be held accountable for subpar prints stemming from inadequate artwork quality. The design on your mockup is our blueprint for production. Thoroughly review your mockups before approval. By confirming your invoice, you're also greenlighting the mockup and acknowledging the possibility of any associated errors.

Quote Guidelines:

To secure a spot on our calendar, quotes must be approved within 24 hours. For each day without approval, they'll be shifted back in line due to other incoming scheduled jobs. Please note that the pricing in any quote remains valid for 7 days from the invoice's "Created" date. All provided cost estimates are tentative and might be revised until we receive a deposit or full payment. Keep in mind that estimates given via email or phone are preliminary; the final pricing may vary based on additional information or the day's circumstances.

Deadlines:

While we always strive to meet your expectations, there are external factors that might affect our ability to guarantee specific deadlines. If you're working with a set due date, it's essential to communicate it to us in advance. To expedite your request and meet tighter schedules, a rush order fee might apply, especially if it necessitates rescheduling other orders. Also, remember that we aren't accountable for any shipping time discrepancies.

Manufacturer Defects:

While we strive for perfection in our printing, Supply Season is not liable for inherent manufacturer flaws including, but not limited to, color inconsistencies, mislabeling of sizes, faulty stitching, or other garment-related defects. We make it a point to inspect garments during the printing process, but we cannot vouch for the integrity of each individual garment. Refunds or discounts will not be provided based on garment quality discrepancies.

Shipping and Handling:

Once your items are shipped, you'll receive a tracking number. After the package leaves our facilities, Supply Season is no longer responsible for any damages, losses, or theft. Should there be a need to recreate items due to damage, loss, or theft, the onus will fall on the customer, unless the shipment was fully insured. To ensure your shipment's safety, please ask about our "Insured Shipping Rate" before finalizing your order.

Color and Appearance:

Colors displayed in proofs or mockups might differ from the final print. This variance stems from the difference between monitor pixels and actual garment impressions. If precise color matching is crucial, we recommend customers specify Pantone colors, though this may come with added costs. Additionally, the garment's final appearance and hue may also deviate from what's shown in proofs or mockups.

Trademarks & Licensing:

Customers are wholly responsible for any use of trademarked or licensed images.

Spoilage Acceptance Rate:

In bulk production, a typical spoilage rate in the industry ranges from 1% to 5%. We pride ourselves on minimizing this, but occasional imperfections or misprints can occur. If any discrepancies are within this accepted rate, refunds for the specific items won't be provided.

Packaging:

By default, all orders are folded and shipped in bulk packaging. However, if you're looking for additional finishing services such as individual bagging, tagging, sorting, labeling, or special folding, these special requests do come with added charges.

Post-Care Instructions :

After a print leaves our premises, it's exposed to various elements we can't control - from wash cycles to detergents. To ensure your print stays vibrant and lasts long, it's best to machine wash it cold, turn it inside out, and either line dry or tumble dry on a low setting. We can't be held responsible for any fading or wear due to external factors.
